PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. TO RESERVE TRIP WITH EXPLORE VIETNAM TRAVEL INDICATES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 

Price

All prices shown are person in American dollars, based on double occupancy. We charge a single supplement to individual traveler who wishes to secure a private room throughout a trip.

Package Tour Price Include

Regional airfare as per the itinerary. Accommodation at the hotel sated in each city or similar with daily breakfast, service charges and taxes included. Other meals include as per the meal plan in the itinerary. Sightseeing tours conducted by an English-speaking guide as per the itinerary including admission and entrance fees. The sequence of the itinerary may change. 

Prices Exclude

Any expenses of personal nature such as beverages, laundry, gratuity, etc., trip cancellation and personal travel insurance, cost of obtaining visas, airport departure taxes or surcharges payable locally and any items not specified. 

PLEASE NOTE SOME TOURS MAY REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS TO OPERATE OR FALLS INTO BLACKOUT PERIOD WHEREIN A HIGHER RATE OF AIRFARE / LAND ARRANGEMENT WILL BE CHARGED. 

Explore Vietnam Travel guarantees that the trip prices will not change once you received trip confirmation in writing. 

All trip prices herein are quoted on the basis of hotel rates as from  January 15th, 2007 and are subject to change without notice. 

Reservation & Payment 

To reserve a trip, we require a deposit of $200 per person at the time of booking. The balance of your payment is due 45 days prior to departure. A booking made within 45 days of departure is payable in full at time of confirmation. To confirm the reservation, traveler of their representative must provide us with complete mandatory information of traveler, sign and return the relevant documents not more than 3 days after receipt. Cheques and major credit cards are accepted.
We also accept bank transfer and Cash.
Except for cash payment, bank fee charge may apply (any bank charge must be borne by customers). Our bank account details are as follows:

Cancellation & Trip Alterations 

All cancellation must be received in writing. If you must cancel your trip, the cancellation fees are as follows:

29-15	25% of total
14-8	50% of total
0-7	100% of total price

Between 30 and 45 days of your original departure date, you have a sole opportunity to switch to a difference trip in the same calendar year. Within 30 days of departure, no change can be made and the cancellation fees will apply.

If you cancel this subsequent reservation then the cancellation fees applicable on the trip to which you transferred will apply.

Explore Vietnam Travel reserves the rights to cancel any trips at any time for any reason if there are too few participants, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of travelers is judged to be compromised. In such a case, refund of payments received by Explore Vietnam Travel shall constitute full settlement.  

Travel Insurance

Explore Vietnam Travel strongly recommends that all travelers review and purchase your health insurance to ensure you have coverage appropriate to meet your needs when confirming on a trip, in case of loss of property, or liability of medical treatment during the trip.

Brochure Accuracy

Explore Vietnam Travel has attempted to make this brochure accurate however, changes might occur for the reasons beyond our control. Explore Vietnam Travel reserves the rights to substitute hotels or change the itinerary when necessary, provides the travel facilities or other services are of at least the same standard or value.

Health

By sending a deposit toward your trip purchase and completing your traveler information form, you certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or other travelers and you have received all appropriate vaccinations. Please consult travel clinic or your doctor. Traveler needs special assistance due to physical conditions must be brought to the attention of Explore Vietnam Travel in writing at the time of booking.

Limitation of Liability  

The cost of all trips listed herein is based on travelers agreeing to this Limitation of Liability. To be eligible to take a trip with Explore Vietnam Travel, travelers must accept each and all terms and conditions herein and assume full responsibility for any loss, injury, death or damage to them, their family or their independents arising in connection with their participation in the trips. Travelers must have their own insurance appropriate to their needs and the needs of their family or dependents in respect of such loss, injury, death or damage.

Explore Vietnam Travel and / or its agents, act only as agent for travelers in all matters pertaining to the trips and shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays of loss of enjoyment, of any nature of kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.

In further consideration for participating in the trip, travelers agree that Explore Vietnam Travel, or their designate, may use any photographic or film records of the trips for promotional and / or commercial purposes, without any remuneration to the traveler.

No person other than Explore Vietnam Travel's authorized representative may, by a document in writing, vary, add or waive any term or condition in this brochure, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.

All claims must be made in writing to your travel agent and accompanied by receipts, reports and other documents pertaining to the claim and must be received by Explore Vietnam Travel, for investigation no later than 14 days after your return from you trip.

Travelers agree that Explore Vietnam Travel is the trustee of the respective rights under this Limitation of Liability, which will apply to a traveler’s trips with Explore Vietnam Travel, and any transfer of a reservation to another trip, including any deviations or extensions. Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Limitation of Liability or its interpretation, the trip, or the traveler’s relationship with Explore Vietnam Travel will be resolved exclusively in the courts in whose jurisdiction of traveler is located.
